Total Wine in Sterling, VA. The Fairfax locations do not have it yet....different distributor.

 

Thanks, maybe that means it will be in this week. We usually get shipments on Wednesday I think so I'll keep an eye out.

 

Had a couple of boxes of glassware show up today. Some HotD tasters (perfect for tasting events!), some Zwanze glasses and a BCBS snifter.

I'm fairly sure the De Molen is Wild Turkey BA because of the red wax, but it says nothing of it on the label.

 

Pretty sure no one knew about Toronados holiday bottle sale that went on tonight. A huge thanks to a special individual, who without him, couldnt have been made possible. He knows who he is.

 

I got to try Gulden Draak for the first time a little over a month ago on my birthday in Minneapolis. I've been searching for it ever since in my location, but have come up with nothing. I don't know why, but it's been on my mind since I had it on tap. I finally found it and I am so glad. The Piraat was just a bonus, and the BCS Coffee hasn't been tried yet, so I'm not sure if it was worth the $18 price tag. I wasn't a big fan of the original BCS 2012 when I picked it up a couple months ago, but I'm hoping this one is a bit better.

 

A friend of a friend concocts a 24 beer sampler case every winter and I joyfully buy in to it and here are just a few of the 24 different beers.
