Hey target...your private clue is sent. Did you get it yet? Some of it will probably make sense. Some of it will probably not.

I'm not saying whether or not I've sent private clues to anyone else besides my target...so receiving a private clue may or may not be an indication of whether or not you are my target...

Haul hint: There may be an unusually large number of "mystery beers" because my kids thought it would be fun to make fake labels.

You will not have to decipher a code to figure out what the beers are.

 

My neighbour dropped a full 2 litre carton of milk on the walkway in front of my living room window about 30 minutes ago.

I’m still trying to figure out how that fits in….

 

I knew there was still a chance! Especially since some jerk blocked off my Illinois beer (speaking of which, @BBThunderbolt, I'm putting your picture up on the mirror today)

 

Hint #1: I am shipping South and East.
#2: The nearest MLB team to my target is not in the same division as the Seattle Mariners.
3: I have physically been in my targets state of residence. (I have been to 29-1/2 states. the 1/2 depends on whether one counts just being in the airport changing planes as being in the state. I generally don't.)
4: My targets state touches a large body of water.
5: The body of water my targets state touches is neither the Gulf of Mexico nor the Rio Grande.
6: My target lives North of I-20 and East of I-35.
7: Sehome Hill in my city has an elevation of 620 feet. This is not as high as the highest point in my targets state, but it is higher than the lowest point in my targets state.
8: The Nooksack River is approximately 75 miles long. My targets state has rivers that are both longer and shorter than this.
9: A river in my targets state is the same approximate length as the Nooksack, but its average discharge, 487 cu/ft/sec, is dwarfed by the output of the Nooksack, 3814 cu/ft/sec.
10: The river mentioned in hint 9 is named for a color.
11: Back in post #504, I posted a map of rivers showing their outflow. My targets state touches at least two of the rivers in that map.
12: The largest river in my targets state is named for a state.
13: There is a river in my targets state named for his state.
Which raises a question: Is the largest river the river named for his state, or is the largest river named for another state?

 

Also, I screwed up the style chart above in the original post, but I fixed that.

 

Well, there isn’t an Ontario River. If I hadn’t already eliminated you, I am doing so now.

 

Added hints that were not part of the list, but posted, and a new one:

Hint #1: I’ve never sent beer to this person before, I’ll add to it…but I have driven through their state.
Hint #2: My target's state is larger by area than mine, but smaller in population.
Hint #3: I did my second beer trade on a phish message board for beer from my target's state. I may, or may not have, reviewed it on BA. I also traded with this person on BA, later on.
Hint #4: My target has not reviewed one of my top ten highest rated beers, perhaps after our yearly vacation I will be able to correct that.
Hint #5: My favorite band usually makes yearly stops in my targets home state, and has for quite some time.
Hint #6: The northern pine snake cannot be found in my targets state.
Hint #7: My students are taking there test right now so...There is an element on the periodic table that sounds like it could be named after my target's state.

 

Your last two hints have me thinking because of the Delaware River. Hint #13, has some openness to it because it says named for his state, not named after...no I'm getting suspicious because I'm pretty sure I hit all your hints.

 

Consider those things as being the same in that hint.

 

Then I think my list of senders just got shorter.

 

Wouldn't it be a trip if my "hints" were entirely a red herring, and all of my actual clues were hidden in the charts?
