    This, I will ABSOLUTELY need.

Gonna try to head to Starkbierfest today in Brighton, but I probably won't be by until later in the afternoon.

The draft list is updated on their website today, so it should be accurate.
Standard is back. Tenner and Polotmavý are kicked. Both bitter and mild are still available.

Man, every time I see this thread I get jealous of those who live near the coast. I dream of Notch opening a western ma location.

Had a blast yesterday at the Brighton starkbierfest. Weather was beautiful and every beer was on point. As a Krug Club member it was awesome to walk up past the line and cruise on in. This is the kind of membership that’s totally worth it, as I’d much rather feel like a valued member of a really cool community than have access to a glorified beer subscription like some of the other breweries offer. Kudos to Notch for keeping the small brewery vibe even as they keep getting bigger and more popular.

The mild was delicious today. But I think my favorite thing on tap right now is the Helles Special. Damn that beer is good.

Yup, that beer really is something special. The Doppelsticke was quite good as well.

Had the Bock on a completely fresh palate from the bottle yesterday...superb. Liquid bread.

Sidebar: As a Krug club member we get a 50% discount to rent the place for an event. Does anyone know what it costs, capacity limits, outside food, days you can't rent it out...?

Just curious if someone has done this with them before.

Anyone interested in trading some of those bottles for Fox Farm beers? They have their own Smoked Doppelbock out right now (oak smoked) and I would love to compare them to Notch... Not to mention I have my own Smoked Doppelbock in the tank and I am about to put a Doppelsticke on tap...

I’ve had great experiences with Rob Hughes, marketing manager, answering my questions via email. I’m sure he’d be able to answer of these.

I had this conversation a few weeks ago with my girlfriend.
“Yeah, those Kolsch wheels (what we liked to call them) were cool. We probably had 3 of those as a group if you count the one Jon bought”

Her: “3? You guys had at least 6.”

Holy crap, that’s impressive. I think it’s 2 liters of beer per “Kolsch Wheel”?
