What beer are you drinking now? #3454

I got hit with a massive (23 16oz cans!!!!) blast in NBS BIF #15 by @Roy_Hobbs yesterday, so I'm starting in on those with an Abner from Hill Farmstead. Even with some time on it, it's among the better murkbombs I've had.

Good afternoon BA's! We have a rainy low 50's day here south of Asheville. Worked on prepping for tomorrow's plantation shutter installation a good chunk of the day. The mini blinds served a purpose, but they need to go.
Today's first brew is a Terrapin 2021 Reserve Moo-Hoo Stout, a chocolate peanut butter pretzel variant of their regular milk stout. Bought a four-pack of this thinking i was getting a Mexican Chocolate version but that was an error on the online site i bought from. That said, this rendition is really well done with the adjuncts playing off one another very well. May have to enjoy my last can!
Da Boss is spinning tunes while working and heard a song i have always enjoyed.

Up next, before I go run a few errands, comes a "DDH New England-style Triple India Pale Ale" from Imagine Nation Brewing, Super Supreme. It carries noticeable alcohol heat at 9.8%, otherwise, another average murkster.

 

Are there equal IPAs out there? Yes. Are there better? No.

 

That's funny, I couldn't remember you posting Stella, but you post a lot of Leffe so I assumed Stella would be next to it on the shelf just like it is in the US. I do like a 5% or so lager to break things up and I'm not that picky so Stella fits the bill. I bought a 12 pack of Pilsner Urquel today because it was reasonably fresh. I also bought two 25oz cans of Stella to drink in the pool tomorrow.

 

Drinking some old Cold Brew Pumpking Nitro while I stain some boards for a ceiling project. The coffee has really held up well in this beer. Blues radio on the bluetooth.....

SNeaking in an early afternoon FS DDC since I don't have office hours, and since I snagged the last four pack at my local-loca, but sadly my wife has declared it's Pinot night for the grilled steak-frites dinner later on to celebrate.

Y'all have a great day - that game last night was just bananas, tale of two halves and congrats to Kansas fans out there. Hadn't seen them play much this year but they were stout in the 2nd half.
