    Jai Alai as we get ready to meet the youngest and her boyfriend for dinner. Just had a classic FL summer storm blow thru, sunny and hot, hear thunder for 10 minutes, begins to rain and drops 1-2 inches with big wind for 15 minutes, now it's clear and the sun is breaking back thru....

    One of my favorite days to open a Belgian beer is to watch the Ronde van Vlaanderen and Paris-Roubaix. I've got highlights for both on today, as I don't have access to coverage anymore. This particular beer came home with me after my visit to Roubaix to watch the Tour de France enter the historic cycling town. I'd love to return someday to watch the Hell of the North in person.

    Some chicken for this week and a Hamms (since there is an abundance in the house thanks to my dad). I had one of those rectangular pepper containers that I was sprinkling on this chicken. I thought it was from the small side but the big side opened up and extremely peppered the chicken we'll see how it tastes...Cheers!

    Got a whole chicken roasting on the grill. And then because it is a family guilty pleasure, will be working hard on some Stove Top Stuffing. That microwave work is challenging but I try my best.

    Have been amazed today by the Boston area blue skies, sunshine, rain, hail and snow flakes. That was all before 11 am. But then it repeated several times. Glad that Spring has finally arrived.
