...I like the Barrel Rack...it could use a little age to smooth it out some (in my opinion), but another fine offering from Elevation...

The combo makes me a happy camper  I could have eaten that entire corned beef, but of course I had to save some for sandwiches. That one was 3.1 lbs. I also tossed in a tsp of crushed Thai chilies which didn't really add a lot of flavor but provide a subtle heat. Cheers!

Almost done w/ laundry. I like to do a lot of sh*t at once. Prepping for the start of some MLB games w/ this glorious offering from Tired Hands, Punge. Did somebody say Nelson? Oh yeah, it's also that time of night. I'm not sorry. Peace...

It's warming indeed but reminds me so much of fresh Straightjacket from Revolution!

Happy Tuesday. Busy work day again all day. I started Sourcery by Terry Pratchett, I will definitely read more discworld books in the future. Very fun. We had some flatbreads from Walmart. Really outstanding. The chicken nacho was my favorite, the pepp/mozz was also awesome with the balls of cheese on there. We are going to go to Bull City Ciderworks soon. They have a nice tap list of beers with 16 ciders on top of it.

I agree on the beer. It’s my favorite AAL, bottled version. I don’t eat meat but that looks quite nice and something I would have had when I did eat meat 30 years ago.

    No beers for me today.

    Enjoy

I think I have had a few of these over the years.

I may try to get to Veil this week. It is their sixth anniversary week and they released a lot of good stuff.

I have one of those in the fridge, I don't think it will meet its demise this evening though. I like a good t-storm but can do without the hail. Cheers!

Wolfe's Neck is my favorite from Maine Beer - but I haven't had a bad beer from them ever. And we're talking slim margins here :sunglasses:

I have a bottle of Wolfe’s Neck and a bottle of Spring in the refrigerator. Once those two meet their demise it will be time to hit my favorite bottle shop which carries a number of Maine Beer Company brews.
