$34 holy smokes!!! ugh, been wanting to try it so I’ll bite this once. Although it comes out cheaper than getting two of the 12oz aged bottles and you get by the single limit.

Copped Truth

 

I decided to open BA S+T coffee, it’s good, tons of coffee. A bit much for my taste, regardless, definitely enjoying it.

Hoping Truth lasts until Sunday-Monday so I can grab another

 

Wish they could solve their gnat problem, every time I sit in the seats to the right of the classics bar overlooking the tanks I end up swatting them away from my beer.

 

This reminds me of a joke involving an English Man, a Scottish Man, and an Irish Man.....

 

Yeah I sat in that section for the first time yesterday and had one that wouldn't leave me alone lol

 

I've got a friend making grabbing me some Tree House this weekend. I'm definitely getting Juice Machine and the little cans of Haze, maybe Hurricane.

Can anyone speak to any of the new releases? Any must-gets in there? Prism and Parfait sound interesting, maybe Wall of Sound, but don't want to commit to a four-pack going in totally blind. Plus there are more variations of Double Shot / Quad Shot than I can make sense of, but if any were stellar I could see picking up a pair.

Usually I end up with way too much beer and I'm trying to avoid that this time, but if anything else is drinking great right now, it'd be nice to know. Cheers

 

I typically pass on new beers for their core stuff.

I do recommend idle mind and trail if you’re into those styles.

 

I'm sure the new beers are enjoyable, but if I were in your shoes I'd opt for the core styles and their variants. Green seems to have been especially dialed in lately. I haven't had the current batch of Super Sap but the run they packaged in December was maybe the best TH IPA I've ever had, so it might be worth grabbing that if you enjoy the Sap family.

 

I went recently and stuck with a JM/VG/VH IPA combo but grabbed some parfait. I liked it a lot actually. Much lighter in body than the others. If Trail Nelson is still around I highly recommend.

 

Nice to see persist back in 12oz, 10$.

 

wow Island is absolutely fantastic. they can do no wrong with the guava additions, the mango just does it over the top

 

Can't wait to try this batch. B1 10/10. B2 8/10. Still feels to me like the best kept secret in New England beer.

 

It’s such a good beer. I have a hard time avoiding it on tap.
