    Surprised that no-one has started this thread yet, so I'd better do the right thing and ring in everyone's Tuesday with a new WBAYDN thread.

    Woolstore SMASH Ale from Woolstore Brewery in Mt.Gambier, South Australia. It's a mildly tropical, clean pale ale with restrained bitterness and not a whole lot of remarkableness about it. Pretty much sums up Tuesday!

    Tuesday like Thursday have no “feel” Aussie mate; Mondays have a feel, Fridays have a feel. Even Wednesday has one as the middle of the week.

    Daytime IPA is in my glass this afternoon.

    Given the name of this beer I'm guessing that it's a Single Malt And Single Hop ale. Does the label offer any info as to what these may be? Curious as to whether they are native Oz varieties or not.

    New Holland Bananas Foster Porter.
    Somewhat outside my beer comfort-zone, with bananas and Vietnamese cinnamon etc. But its really nice for a change and suited for the chilly late afternoon here at the moment. Can't remember I had a heavy porter like this (13.2% ABV) before.

    Cloudy day and rain / storms in the forecast - we got a 2 mile hike in earlier this morning at the local State Park (Portage Lakes SP)....lots of tiny wildflowers blooming called "bluets"!

    Embolden Beer Co. “Abstract Nightmares Vol. 2”, Imperial Milkshake Sour w/Black Currant and Raspberry.

    This really woke up my taste buds. It was super tart, but clean and refreshing.

    It’s ok; a little too floral hoppy on taste and linger for me. I can’t remember really liking any “Italian-style” beers I’ve had so far…to me, just bad over hopped German beer…Cheers!
