Yeah, if you’re going on the weekend, I would definitely plan to go closer to closing time. I went a few Saturday’s ago around 6-630. The classics bar had a few people in line, the main bar had a line, but not out of the door. I hung around until the to go line died down.

Jjjuice Project all the hops is amazing. I was hesitant on the juice projects at first but highly impressed.

Parfait was great, but I got a little of that recent galaxy hop blast I’ve had in other beers. But still quite enjoyable.

Juice Project is probably the best line of "new" beers from them. Always good

    I’m ok with it!

At least they brew a variety.

Yeah, I don’t perceive this to effect quality in any way. I don’t see myself going there, but who cares? There’s definitely a market crossover between TH and golf.

Should cut down on lines in Charlton that's for sure...

Yes, disposable income for luxuries. Which is what golf and higher quality craft beer are

I do! It's only about half an hour from me.

This crossover is a dream come true for me! They’re either printing stupid amounts of cash or taking on quite a bit of debt (at pretty good rates I’d assume). Regardless I hope they can weather a recession if one hits

Pro: No need to sneak brewery-only beers not served in the clubhouse onto the course.

Con: Sometimes I sneak much cheaper store-bought beers onto the course, so even a draft lager will cost a premium in comparison.

I'll say it - this seems like a jump the shark moment. A brewery purchasing a country club. Ok.

I also hope they hire the right consultant:

I assume they’re planning on moving plenty of to go beer from the location. It’s much more accessible to NH and Maine residents.

That place looks amazing. What kind of capital would it take to get something like that?? They must have some nice investors!

Hopefully they don't stretch too thin.... it seems to happen quite often with a niche that can easily become a fad of the past

A northeastern Mass location makes a ton of sense for them, pretty much covering the state geographically. Probably no coincidence these new spots cover all the major vacation routes. Cape, Vermont, and Maine traffic will all be passing by TH locations en route. As somebody who lives pretty close to Charlton, I'm delighted with anything that helps take pressure off the mothership.
