I just assume they can pay for all of this with their own profits. They’ve never had marketing or distribution costs, plus limited inventory eating up capital. TH is a money making machine.

I'm sure there's some kind of public record of this (it may or may not include information about the money, though). I would imagine a business would not take on this kind of risk on their own, but maybe I'm wrong. Would love to know what the company grosses on a yearly basis. Their overhead is more than you might think, with the high end materials/equipment they use, refridgeration (HVAC), insurance, land taxes and almost (or more than) 100 employees now.

It's incredible when you see where they were less than 10 years ago

On the other hand, they're selling tens of thousands of cans a day at an average of probably more than $5 per. That's a ton of cash coming in.

As long as beer prices don't go up, I'm all for it. Still need to check a trip to Deerfield off my list. They're expanding too fast for my own vacation schedule lol

Its probably a combo of waiting 2 years for some due to obvious world reasons. Then you book and get it settled(which I know having been through it that it’s a pain in the ass) to then start again ha!

This is phenomenal news. Shaves 20-30 minutes off the drive from Boston, and puts TH <40 min from virtually everywhere from southern NH throughout the north shore.

Does kinda suck for people who have to relocate 2023 weddings - a year isn’t a ton of time in the post 2020 world

Pinehurst (N.C.) has a little Par 3 called “The Cradle.” I wanna say it’s nine holes, but there’s music and Pinehurst Brewing Co. beers all over the course. I’ve heard it’s a blast.

I’d be interested to see if this a model they follow.

Hey Nate, read this. If it isn't already your plan perhaps consider it. A fun-loving laid back golf experience is something we're severely lacking in these parts!

It may take a little bit to hit public record, but the real estate transaction should be available with the price. I would guess that that doesn't reflect the full purchase price, though, as they likely had to pay something for the business as a business.

The line to play golf at Tree House Country Club is going to bring folks Monson memories.

We just booked our wedding venue in 2023 today. It was not for Tewksbury CC though so phew.

Really curious how the golf will work. Membership or just limited tee times?

So, you mean the two basic choices of any golf venue? :-)

They need to release Trail Ultra for the golf course.
