It's pretty much the same as the Riwaka DDC they did in May 2020. Hazy and a perfect expression of Riwaka.

I remember hoping this replaced tuna. We got Tome instead cuz HA decided they needed to market a hazy

 

just because it’s off the chizain now doesn’t mean it wasn’t off the chizain then

 

I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, having missed the last batch, but damn it’s good. I need to find some more Riwaka beers!

I’ve been out of town much of the winter/spring but I’ve seen Half Acre at a couple stores here in Minneapolis. Do they have distro up here now or did they just drop some in for a taste?

 

Half Acre is distributed here now. Daisy Cutter, Vallejo, and Tome seem to be readily available a lot of places. Smoking Gull is a newer one (at least to MSP) that I've enjoyed quite a bit.

 

Think we might see BHA released later this week.

I think in my mind I reversed the letters, because I remember thinking “I hope that stands for Barrel Aged H_______”.
