    Since you can't review a black and tan:

    A - straw colored body with fluffed top. sticks and stays well. bcbs darkness envelopes. dark head at the point of penetration. head dissipates shifts to coffee visual.​

    S - alcohol wood stick on top from the grisette. vanilla maybe caramel as well? expected more from the goosie here.​

    ​
    T - wood again and there is the alcohol. all sorts of complexity in there from the VT gem. There is a tart yeastiness here that I've not noticed in the BCBS before but maybe this is the result of some interaction with the grisette. ​

    M - upped carbonation from the grisette. alcohol on the throat.​

    ​
    O - its not terrible. probably something i'd only put together every couple of months.​

    That fancy glass! I should have tried that, would have saved my drain the trouble of drinking that Anna/AFtW mess of a combination.

    Do you think LeBleu + Anna would taste like Blueberry muffins? I need to get rid of this saison, people don't seriously like this style do they?

    Pssh everyone knows Anna and AFtW is a terrible B&T combination.

    Lets leave this to the professionals ok? Jkjk.

    In all seriousness though I hate saisons but they make a great base for a black and tan. I buy them just for that.

    My palate was jankier than that machine that Urkel uses to change into Stefan.
