Staying for a few days up in the White Mountains area this summer 2022? Any recommended breweries, bottle shops or restaurants/pubs that I should definitely check out for quality beers in that area (may persuade me to what locations I look stay as well...haven't booked a place yet).

My favorite area of the Whites is the North Conway/Glen/Intervale/Jackson/Bartlett area. Hiking, skiing (in Winter), and just generally a lot to do in that area. We go up there from Boston 2-3 times a year. And to me, the best damn bottle shop in that area is Vista Bev in Intervale. And a must visit is Moat Mountain in North Conway. Decent to good beer, but great food and cool vibe at the restaurant. Same goes for Tuckerman's. And Saco River Brewing just over the line into Fryeburg Maine makes some really good beer also.

I don't know as much about the other areas of the Whites, but Schilling/Resilience in Littleton makes killer beer. Traditional styles through Schilling and more modern styles through Resilience. Although I have never been the reviews of the actual brewery and town of Littleton make it sound beautiful.

Wherever you decide to go, on the way up there are some great NH breweries popping up. Spyglass in Nashua, Kettlehead in Tilton, Modestman in Keene, From the Barrel in Derry, Stoneface in Newington, Decidous in Newmarket

Coming up from Maryland the various routes don't look like heading to southeaster NH are an option, but I may hit TreeHouse coming orand going (maybe 1/2 hr. detour/longer), but there are many other options for muling home beers to keep my content for at least 6-8 weeks of high-quality variety. I've had 2 Schilling lagers and thought they were very solid. Regardless of where I actually stay, I'm sure I'll tour all around those towns around and thru the White Mountains so I'll try to hit as many as possible particularly the ones that offer good food and/or selzers/ciders/coctails (my wife doesn't like beer but she's good to stop at places with other options or decent food).

Schilling in Littleton. Close enough to make a Hill Farmstead run.

Rek Lis is close in Bethlehem, NH.

Good beer store and a couple pubs with good selection also in Littleton.

This. North Conway is pretty meh IMO. Littleton/Bethlehem are cool little towns and have Schilling, which is just stellar, and are an hour-ish from Hill, Waterbury/Stowe, Lawson’s and more. It’s honestly one of my favorite spots to go, we actually just got back. And you are super close to an embarrassment of amazing hikes in the Whites.

North Conway itself is pretty touristy for sure. Which is why we tend to stay in Jackson. But really can't go wrong anywhere in the Whites.

North Conway now has Ledge Brewing and when I went last summer it was decent and showed promise. At the outlets in Conway there is now Beer and Wine Nation I believe it’s called and their Facebook page is always updated to what is new. Vista Bev is also hard to beat always have everything you could want.
Honestly drive to Littleton and experience Schilling, great pizza and great beer in a beautiful setting. Can’t recommend it enough!

Thanks, I think I have it narrowed down to Littleton and Jackson. Maybe I stay 2-3 days at each place as the solution.

You’re in striking distance to Ebeneezer’s in Lovell, ME

If you come up thru Nashua, Spyglass is absolutely worth a visit

If you do stay in Jackson or North Conway.

    Moat Mountain is decent
American Flatbread has good tap list
Standard Gastropub in nearby Bridgton ME is definitely worth checking out
Ebenezer's is close (mentioned above), great, classic place
    Tuckerman Brewing Co.
There is a Seadog Pub if you feel like a blueberry beer

I don’t think I’ll be traveling up that route but wondering if Spyglass beer is sold on tap or at stores around White mountains area?

You guys twisted my arm and I booked a place in Littleton. Walking distance from Schillings.

Question: Having difficulty finding operating hrs for Ebenezer's pub over in Lovell, ME. Are they open during the week or weekends only?

    Smart.

Thursday through Sunday. I think until at least 9 on Thursday and/or Sunday. But a bit later I think on Fri/Sat

Yeah that is what I found as well. For my trip, I'm pretty much limited to either Sat/Sun as my only opportunity if I can make it over that way (won't be there on Friday or Thursdays')

So it looks like you would pass right through Brattleboro on the way up, Brattleboro co-op is a great place to get VT distro beers (Heady Topper and Focal Banger specifically). And it would probably be a 1 hour detour to check out Modestman and the charming little town of Keene. IMO Modestman is on the same level as Spyglass. And you would also pass right by River Roost Brewing in White River Junction VT. They also make incredible beers.
