Tired Hands (2022)

I seem to remember it was announced they settled their lawsuit.

 

@PA-Michigander @TomFoley going back to the Hill Farmstead lawsuit, that seems to solve the mystery of the 107%. That lawsuit referenced 0.5% stakes in Tired Hands, so they must have just rounded up for the PLCB paperwork.

Is Magik Man still part of the brew team?

 

Shaun and Jean were/are good friends. Probably threw him a bone when opening.

 

I interpreted that comment as more of a "two peas in a pod" sort of way...

 

Well there was a lawsuit that seemed to stem from some sort of low ball cap on what Shaun could get by selling the shares so it was a bit more complicated.

 

Well it appears like Tired Hands is going all in with the strategy of "its a year later, most people have forgotten what happened in May 2021, we're going back to our old ways"

Brienne Allan posted in her Instagram stories some screenshots of Tired Hands recently demanding that any of her past content about allegations at Tired Hands be removed. She also pointed out that Tired Hands has deleted their social media posts from May 2021 when they sorta apologized and said things would change, and the post that was "from the staff" that stated Jean Broillet would be stepping down from daily operations.

I don't think Magik Man has been with Tired Hands for some time although it's hard to tell anything since he seems off the grid. You would think he would have had some ownership interest as an early employee but I guess given all we've found out about Tired Hands over the last couple of years, it's not at all surprising that he does not. I have had positive interactions with Jean but you can't excuse his litany of bad behavior off of very limited good experiences. When I find myself in Philly, I will continue to avoid Tired Hands like the plague...or Covid.

Picture of Jean and his dad was posted from the THBC account. Can’t tell if he’s back or just never stepped down. I wonder if this is a last ditch effort to try to save the business. Tough to fathom how much they lost in the past twelve months.

 

I haven’t had hop hands in ages and my memory of it still says it was one of my favorite pales. Perhaps a brew cafe visit for a pour and panini on tap for this summer.

 

Does Tired Hands still sell cans of Bonn Place Brewery beers at their location(s)?
