    Finishing off yesterday’s bottle - OFYMD (2020) Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Maple Stout (12.8%) by Evil Twin, brewed and bottled at Westbrook, Mt. Pleasant, SC:

    Piña colada meets maple syrup. Pineapple. The coconut is still present. Maple finish. Sweet. Black with ruby edges. Flecks of coconut floaties. Some warmth from abv. Thick, but not adjuncty, body. Slick feel. This beer held up well two years in my chiller.
