I'm thankful. Mostly glad that it's going to be drier.

Better be “dry hopped” with Corn Chex. @EnronCFO

It was on the board last night. Guns Before Butter IPA. Not exactly my bag, prefer those British golden ales and bitters.

Not today. Possibly changing the name…(realize it’s a song)

I thought it was solid. Could easily drink a couple back to back and not something I can say about the predominant ipa style of our region.

Yeah, maybe not the right time to have a beer with gun in the name, despite the intent of the name/song?

I’ve been waiting a long time to try Notch. I’ll finally get the chance this Thursday as I head to Salem for a few days. I’ll make sure to follow up with my experience this week!

Had Lojko and British IPA last night.
Absolutely loved Lojko and I thought the British IPA was pretty solid.

Gates of the West still my fave British beer they make.

Zwickel is maybe my favorite from them. Probably the beer I’ve had the most, too. Absolutely love it. Enjoy!

Pleasantly surprised to find cans of Salem lager and session pils in VT. Along with the improved selection of Shilling we have been seeing recently, it is going to be a great summer.

Salem Lager is a Notch brewed Notch as far as I know. All the distro beers are good, but that one's really good.

I just read the fine print and the salam lager is brewed by Notch brewing company Burlington Vermont. It’s technically in South Burlington, but I wonder if they are contracting some of the old Magic Hat brewery space from the new owners, Zero Gravity?

Seems possible/likely since they said that beer is now going to be available year round and I can’t imagine they have the capacity to fulfill that from Salem/Brighton.

Their NA Pils came out of Golden, CO if I remember correctly? Is the store bought Session Pils out of Two Roads now? It was Ipswich at one point.

Notch is no stranger to contract brewing and I’m perfectly fine with it. Session Pils is a delicious beer.

Pumped that Homegrown is distributing Notch's limited releases to the South Shore and Cape now. Have a case of Lojko on its way to my store now.

Hey all, some updates based on the questions here:

Session Pils and Left of the Dial are brewed at Harpoon in Boston, we moved that production from Two Roads a few years ago.

We just started brewing at Zero Gravity after long search to find a brewery that could help us scale some of the beers we've been brewing in Salem. We are thrilled to be working with the Zero gravity team. Salem Lager and Kolsch will be brewed there, and are now year round with more availability. Both are still brewed in Salem as well. This also frees up some capacity in Salem to expand on some of our more process intensive beers we are known for.

On the distribution front, we began distro in VT, and soon will re-enter NH & ME.
