If you fly into Michigan city Indiana, you’ll find a nice little area for beer. About a 20 minute drive from 3 really quality breweries in Seedz, Transient and Haymarket. Plus, you’re close to the lake and some fun New Buffalo restaurants

you could also fly into DuPage Airport in West Chicago. The “tri cities” of Geneva, st charles, and Batavia are chalk full of breweries. Riverlands, Art History, Penrose are my favorites, but there’s like 10 within a 5 miles radius. Some of the best food you’ll find in the suburbs as well. This area is “very cute”, good for a quick weekend trip getaway with a significant other

What’s the word on this forthcoming new place in Batavia? https://www.sturdyshelterbrewing.com/
Passed by it the other day and was surprised that it was behind the original Energy City location (which I have learned has since moved) and that someone is dumping a lot of money into renovating the building/building the brewery.

I’ve only had homebrew from the owner. They’ve hired a local pro brewer who will jump in once the facility is ready. Sounds like it’s going to be a very communal atmosphere. He spoke about how he’d like it to become as much community center as brewery.

Came here on a search for Cleveland stuff and stayed for the other info! lol.

Fly to Des Moines. Two awesome breweries right down town and about 8 min Uber from the airport. Lua Brewing and soon to be built (this summer yet) Big Grove. Also Confluence Brewing is on the way to these two and has good options. Not to mention El Bait Shop, one of the best beer bars in the country (over 220 taps) and 100 or more to go options. All of these places have excellent to go beer.

I'm fairly sure you can be standing in Ft. Lauderdale International and hit the urinal at 3 Sons. every time I'm flying home from here, I'm hitting up a pizza and beers at 3 Sons before taking off from Hollywood.

I doubt you will fly into MSP but FCM (Flying Cloud) has a short courtesy car drive away from a few breweries. There is Fat Pants Brewing (average beer, average food), Chanhassen Brewing (slightly above average beer), and Schram Haus Brewing (better beer). You will have to pay a landing fee and MAC fee if you stop at an FBO so probably cheaper to park near the self pour pumps and get an Uber. If you don't need fuel, message me and I can tell you where to park and you won't need to pay any fees.

Fatheads brewery is right by the CLE airport and should definitely be a stop.
