Red Plum du Blé strikes me as way too unsophisticated of a name for SP (or not nearly French enough?). however, it sounds great. basically taking the processes of a fruited Fermier and applying it to SdB. i’m down.

 

we were talking about upcoming beers (namely stouts), did anyone mention or is it still a thing that there’s a BA Brooklyn Vibes happening? and was there supposed to also be a BA Mikerphone collab?

 

When they were teasing flambé in the comments they said they’ll starting working on BA Brooklyn vibes

pretty ambitious with the maple syrup and cinnamon editions. maybe i havea chance!

 

I think plum in French is prune, maybe staying away from the prune juice stigma

If it was prunes, that beer would be the ultimate gastrointestinal flush out beer when combined with the yeast

 

they could put it in 8oz cans like the prune juice my grandmother would keep in the fridge when she’d visit us as a kid.
