Stouts getting a lot of attention, but the wild ale list at the cellar right now is pretty great. Draft pours of PN 8, Fuzzy b3 and onsite bottles of Balaton b1, Velvet 2018, Single Thread 2022.

No Oude Ferm v19 b2 no care

 

I had a pour of that PN8 keg over the weekend and it is… wow. Don’t sleep on it. If you’re local, get some.

 

Smooth b2 was tasting nice at the brewery this weekend too

 

PN8 was one of the best fruited sours I’ve ever had

 

I’ll stick up for @Heisenbrew here. I started this one.

 

Curious what others think the best SP fruited sour they have had is.....

 

Good question. Ive had all the heavy hitters, and the two that stand out to me are PN8 and AdF B2, both even over Fdf b1

 

Oh shit. I lied. Orviamo was the goat. Then PN8

 

i thought PN4 (? - i think that was the one, had Oude Ferm w/ peaches in the blend) was great. only had it once, on draft at one of the Brewery’s anniversary parties (2018 maybe?)

also a big fan of CdC b1, Coexpressionalism Framboise, Floue Floue, Leaner and Velvelt.

consistency award from blend to blend (though there aren’t that many): PdF

 

I’m surprised they haven’t started doing mixed fruit Fermiers after everybody loved Single Thread 2020.
