Looks like the trip you were planning may have been today, so this may not be of any help to you, but I'll weigh in anyway --

They are definitely different beers. My vote is Haze, all day. Very Hazy was a good, big beer, and if singles were available I'd probably buy one now an then, but it's just not something I ever need four of, and I usually have trouble finishing the four pack while it's still reasonably fresh. If you really want to try it, I'd say go for it, but my personal recommendation is to not pass up Haze.

It looks like they aren't currently offering the Haze in 12 oz cans, but occasionally they do. When these come around, I absolutely cannot pass them up.

I only responded that way because you made the other guy seem like an idiot for questioning what you meant. Not trying to go tit for tat, my bad

In general I find it annoying you have to pre-buy multiple drinks.

As an aside, I was surprised how empty the Sandwich location was at 6 this past Friday. It was beautiful and the “first” Friday of the summer.

I'd love to know how many drink tickets go unused

I wonder what bothers people more, two limit minimum, or two limit maximum

Yeah I definitely could've reached out to them about it but I didn't really care too. At the end of the day, I'm still getting Tree House
I can show you my receipt vs what I received and can assure you it's not "horse shit"

@lic217 Why bother coming to this thread just to talk shit?

I went to treehouse for the first time about eight years ago when they were in a tiny shed. I enjoyed their beer and had good conversations with some of the Brewers and also Dean. In fact we brought some beers up to Jack Abbey for them. It was for payment for Jack Abby letting them borrow a jockey cooler. I have always had a rooting interest for treehouse. However I am disappointed when I hear stories about people spending a lot of money and driving far and not getting the beers they ordered.

I also think it’s important to realize that any business is not perfect. And it’s OK to point out their flaws. However should always focus on them. Also should always focus on the positives as well.

I wouldn’t consider the rare packaging mistake, a flaw. It’s simply a mistake. Also, you’re paying market price for a premium beer.

The universe is a math equation. Given an infinite amount of time, all possibilities will occur. Including a packaging mistake at possibly the biggest beer producer that does not sell outside their properties (for the most part).

I’m heading up tomorrow with a couple friends

For Togo pickup these days, is there still an option for curbside/place in trunk, or must you walk inside to pickup the order? Driving by Charlton today but had a recent Covid exposure so trying to avoid any indoor crowd settings.

I think curbside is gone so you do have to go inside, but given today’s weather the pickup area becomes a bit open air if they open all the doors/sliders. Be/stay masked and you should be okay.

Agreed. If you’re not showing any symptoms you’re fine to go in. If you want to be extra nice and cautious throw on a mask

I’m far from a knowledgeable beer drinker, and I know this has been talked to death, but, Trail, on tap, it’s a hard to top Pilsner. Absolutely delicious. Clean, crisp, malty goodness. Today may be a 3 drink day.

Planning on stopping by Deerfield for the first time on Friday, while on my the way out to the Berkshires. Keeping my fingers crossed for Eureka, ideally with citra, which is their best summer beer imo.

It always surprises me they don't have a steady supply of Eureka available in the summer months. I'd order a case of Eureka on top of, not instead of, whatever IPAs and lagers I had planned.

Same. Eureka drops way to infrequently during the Summer months.
