great call there. that beer was excellent. haven’t had ‘22 yet but ‘21 did not live up to ‘20.

 

PN8, QdF b1 and KdF b1 here. Probably in that order.

 

we've done it off and on past 6 years, its actually really nice since we stay at Housekeeping, which is away from the crowds, if its any other campsite i wouldnt do it. only thing missing is the fireworks :/ tho. Work actually approved my Friday off so we are trying to take advantage of the long weekend

Floue floue was pretty much as good as it gets fresh for me. pounded like 3-4 bottles of that guy. very underrated imo. i hear its starting to get sour tho. hmmmm might be a good choice to take camping

oh yea every time i have QdF im blown away, im hoping red plum is close to that guy

 

Fresh FdFb2 is up there for me

 

Fuzzy b1 was God tier for me. Any batch fuzzy is tops for me.

If someone comes over who isn’t into craft beer that’s the beer I open for them.

 

SdF Pinot b1. CdC b6 hits that spot for me these days

 

So 2 years extra perks and beers? Or nah?

 

KdF b1 has a special place in my heart. Best sour I’ve had from anyone. Beyond that, PN8, CdC b3, Floue b1, Coex Purple, Pitter Patter, and PN12 all come to mind.

 

I mean if you count like 6 beers that are drain pours over 3 years as a perk, sure.

 

i’m with you. i’ve definitely gravitated towards the non-fruited saisons over the years. SdF Pinot (any blend but 5 is as good as any), Fermier v21, Blended 17, Sunsets.

the dry-hopped saisons have been killer too. Biere de Coupage, both Single Farms, DH Grisette & DH Marietta Ave all fantastic.

 

I've also been leaning towards the non fruited stuff lately. pH1 is my favorite beer from them that isn't a stout

 

I’ve only had the last batch …4? Easily one of my favorite beers and just waiting for the next batch to come

 

i need to try and land a bottle of pH1. couldn’t make it down when they released it. have only heard good things.

 

Non-fruited is too hard to pick a favorite.

SdF b1, early Tete vintages, any Oude Fermier, unlabeled 41, vintage 2014, ph1, any Oude la ruche, sunsets.

 

Velvet is actually my highest rated SP fruited, but historically I tend not to prefer their fruited work.
