If I can get out of work at a reasonable time I may try to stop by. Doubt I'll make it in time for a takeaway bottle, but interested to try the new Shared lagers!

 

If I can be in line by 1, I'll be there, but work seems disinterested in making that happen. Just have to ride the ISO wave for the rest few days and watch the W12s break.

 

Does anyone here have experience drinking big side project stouts over two nights. I have a couple bottles that I know are getting close to past their prime (BBT20 isn’t getting any better) but I can’t drink 750ml of 15%ABV in one sitting. Does it lose anything on night two if it had a wine stopper in it or is it just as good? Thanks

 

If you have a decent stopper it will hold just fine. Even after 2-3 days. Maybe more.

 

Also should be able to make the release today.

Any takers on a BHC 3-way? #kinky

there’s 3 of us so it’d be a 4-way.

 

Champagne, vacuum wine, etc. - priority maintaining carb and limiting entry of air (imo, and who am I)

 

I drank Symmetry over 2 nights last weekend. I used a wine stopper and everything tasted fine. Mouthfeel was just a bit more flat.

 

No real surprise, a saison, and some details on the puncheon…

Oude Du Ble help. I noticed on untapped there is an OdB blend 1 and 2. Then there is OdB v16,v17,v18,v19,v20. Is blend 1 v16 and blend 2 v17? Or are they different?

 

Different. Odb 3 was the first with a vintage name.


Also BHC is thicc and fire
