Revolution cafe deth with homemade cheesecake

 

Electricians came & wired the 240V outlet. ALL day job, 2 man crew. Now the plug for the hot tub isn't fitting. I will have to rewire the plug (big molded plug at a 90 degree angle ) or have the hot tub tech do it. Damn it....



Stonecloud Hop Frequency 3X IPA

 

I’ve been fairly productive this afternoon…finishing up with a DIPA brewed and canned in Lihei, Maui, HI - “Double Overhead Double IPA”:



Pours deep gold with excellent clarity; tight white head with excellent cap retention; solid ring and sticky bands of medium minus lacing. Nose is grapefruit, passion fruit, guava…a tropical fruit salad.Taste follows nose with semi sweet (sweeter than “firm” for those of you who have suffered through my tasting notes these past few years) with little to no hop bitterness. Medium body, moderate minus carbonation, no warmth from 8.5% abv. Overall a really tasty DIPA…why haven’t I seen this beer in Cali, let alone FL?…it is tropical fruit good/I would so drink this DIPA at home…

The closer will be a Stone IPA. I got a new T. Kell self protection device today, designed by Steve Tarani a protective agent I've trained with 3-4 times. Super effective design and Steve is a great instructor, highly recommended!

Nice!! I finished off a stick of roaches - Durban/Texas Shoreline/Lambs Wool and probably some others in there. All I can say is that it was memorable.

 

Wee heavy in the house! Love that one.

 

No it's a 3 (220V ) & the outlet is 240. even if it did match it wouldn't fit in the enclosed outlet. I wish I'd got home in time to ask questions, but I just presumed the electricians realized that was the sole purpose for that outlet. I guess I was just lucky to milk the almost 5 years I got off the 120 adapter plug here.
