    Chicken dry rub with black tea, red pepper, red pepper, snap fried in rice oil.
    Sticky rice as a base to serve on

    Long day started after returning to me room to find no AC. Took an hour to get a replacement room, so only five hours of sleep followed by a jammed packed plane. Will sleep like a log shortly, but back home witch a Chicago classic lager.

    One tiny aspect of life I like is when you wake up at 3am not knowing u ever fell asleep in the first place in a panic like you're late for school but you graduated 20 years ago and you just go back to bed.

    I have to say, I am familiar with canned date and best drink by date but I have never seen a best “buy” date. I guess I am sheltered.
