It’s almost like they had to make a second category just to push TH aside.

And yea, to those of you pointing it out, of course it’s subjective

Double Nelson might have something to say about that.

Def one that would fall outside the 'most' - best HF double in my book for sure.

Had Persist b3 last night - definitely better than the big bottle batch and tasting almost exactly like I remember GM but with a bit of bourbon barrel.

Question for all of my pureboi brothers and sisters: glass or aluminum? Pizzeria pils has been my favorite TH beer as of late and I can’t decide if I should just snag a full case of bottles or cans. I usually opt for both but I’m just curious which format you guys prefer.

Great question, I’m curious as well. I’ve only had it on tap.

New mixed culture wheat farmhouse ale in 750s today and only $12. At long last a TH take on the hill shelfie?!

Personally for this beer I like the bottles. Makes for a real easy session drink

I still have some cans left. It's better than most of the new TH offerings, but not at the level of the classic greats

First time having Jjjuiceee Machine. Not bad, but also not anything special.

I don't know how significant this is, from a scientific standpoint, but, when presented with a choice between an empty, thoroughly rinsed can of Jjjuice Machine and a half-eaten bowl of warm, ripe cantaloupe, the cloud of fruit flies goes for the Jjjuice Machine can every time.

Do we have an estimated date for Tewksbury opening? I know they said "Autumn 2022". I'm so damn excited! My wife and I recently moved to just north of the city (still on public transit, luckily), and I can't wait to start regularly going to Tree House instead of 1-2 times a year.

Why do you only make it 1/2x a year?

I have an estimate of Jan '23, but it's a total guess. I'm really here to admire your avatar.

I live just north of the city, so it's a real hassle to drive nearly 1.5 hours each way just to snag some beer. Looking forward to it being much more attainable. That said, my wife and I are visiting family in NJ next weekend, so we'll be stopping in Charlton on the drive down to bring some treats.

Fieldburner is interesting. A little too much corn coming through for my liking, though.

I’m sure no one gives a shit about 5% Pale Ales from TH but Little Ripper is a fantastic beer. The hops aren’t hidden by yeast esters, it’s bitter, kinda dry, and incredibly well executed.

    Awesome modern pale ale!!

Halo Effect: not quite the TH-does-Florence/Dorothy that I was hoping for, but a really, really nice beer nonetheless. It’s bringing some brett funk, but otherwise I think this skews closer to the table beer it describes itself as than the farmhouse saison the “fermented with our mixed culture” convinced me it would taste like. A little bit of tart acidity would make this incredible, but it’s no slouch as it is. Reminds me a bit of Allagash Hoppy Table Beer/River Trip and Alchemist Zomerbier. Hope next time we see it, it’s canned or in 12 oz bottles.

I tend to feel the same with all TH Farmhouse/Saisons. Then again, I tend to prefer the style with a bit more acidity anyways. Still, I grabbed this bottle the other day and I'm excited to try it

    Deerfield Question:

Can I just show up? This is on a Wednesday. I get that usually people are asked to make orders ahead of time and/or reservations, but I'm out there for work. Time schedules a little funky, not sure when we'll make it.

It'd be 100% easier if I knew I could just show up and buy (or not).
