Amazing, thank you! Popped into Teku Tavern earlier as was near by when saw your messaged and picked up a few brews so that was great.

And thanks for the soccer tips. Atlantic crossing sounds good and easy to get to, so will most likely hit that up thank you!

If you come up here for Atlantic Crossing, make sure you walk over to Latona Pub off 65th and Latona. It's the original craft beer bar in the city.

Thanks for this. Bobtoberfest is fantastic. I'm very curious, all three are not from Seattle specifically. Are there any city spots that have a strong lager program?

Lowercase Brewing down in Georgetown is largely lager focused and makes great beers. Mirage (also in Georgetown) makes killer lagers but hasn’t done one in a while as they’re transitioning into their new space. Holy Mountain also makes good lagers and has a couple on tap right now.

Just wanted to report that I stopped in at both Full Throttle Bottle and Great Notion as you suggested. Great Notion was great, but Full Throttle was AWESOME! I wish I got the owner's name, but he very graciously helped me put together some mix packs of IPAs and pilsners and I was very, very happy with each and every one of them. Coming from Houston, it's hard to believe there are that many breweries with bottle shop distribution in Seattle that can pull of such delicious beers. You locals have it great. And Full Throttle is an awesome place. I wish we could have stayed and had a few beers off their tap wall. I'm definitely doing this again next year.

PS we ate at a little Mexican restaurant basically right next door called Fonda la Catrina. It was pretty great too. I'd highly recommend checking that place out!

@distantmantra has you covered for breweries... lowercase really stands out IMO, and you have Machine House (cask ales, not lager) right there, too.

big fan of Brouwers, Queen Anne Beer Hall and Prost! for their lager offerings.

We saw a massive increase in retail distribution during Covid. Cloudburst wasn't ever going to put their beers in cans but then Covid happened. Holy Mountain was mostly in-house can sales only but then Covid happened. A lot of breweries had to scramble and got hooked up with mobile canning operations and it's just kinda stuck.
