    This is kind of click bait rather than any investigative journalism. Is there anything to this other than a tragic workplace accident of which the fittings company is 85% responsible?

    The real question is where is this judge getting investment advice. $21 million in interest off $35 million in 6 years? Sign me up.

    I've not heard or seen any recent developments in this case since posting but I'll keep looking.

    I'm not sure what you're looking for? The case went to trial and the jury awarded the worker monetary damages for his injury. They apportioned responsibility between the brewery and the equipment manufacturer--finding the manufacturer was mostly responsible.

    Or are you looking for updates on potential appeals?
