Early start for me today. I've been storing maybe 5 or so bottles of this for several years, and somehow never got around to opening one until today.

 

Well, after the thumping you delivered I am sure you will allow yourself a few extra beers. I confess to know next to nothing about the AFL (I probably know more about the Moldovan 2nd Division of Football, and I'm not even joking) but I'm glad your boys made it to the final. Cheers!

 

Found this Sierra Nevada box on some big webshop to figure out these were all bottled on July 27 2021 lol. Send them an email to complain that all these are "expired". Of course I have to sample the goods aswell. It still tastes pretty good but screw them for asking full price on old beer. Cheers!

Bottled 6/8/22. Poured at 53°. The bitter roast coffee is strong with this batch.

Kinda cold today. Todays max. temperature was the minimum on Monday. But cant complain. Cheers!

Drinking Hofbräu Oktoberfest. @belvedere86 That Dankful, for whatever reason is
the Sierra Nevada beer that I feel is most affected by age, the others should be good but not great, with that much age. @Shanex You don't see it posted around here much, but the US Newcastle Brown is brewed by Lagunitas and is served in a brown Lagunitas bottle

Nice hike in earlier - then stopped to get some exterior paint - need to paint my outside siding.....the Boathaus needs some sprucing up!

my nearly 50 year old gf doesn't like that I don't have many wrinkles....it's all those B vitamins in the beer, I keep telling her! Haha.....

 

My limit is 1 year. Got it at drankgigant and it has only been available for 3 weeks or so. So when they posted it on their website it was already "expired". Lets hope they give me a discount. 8)

 

TGIF. I was able to score the last pack of this at Total yesterday. Enjoying this before I jump on the train to get more delicious lagers from Celestial.
