I have back issues too man. I have a degerative disc and another disc that is bulging in my back. I havw had pain meds, therapy and injections and nothing helps. Next this in surgery. I can't wait to be ablke to do things pain free. Not sure what it feels like anymore.

Have a good Monday. Busy work day, had a food truck line up for lunch, I had an amazing gyro from the Lebanese food truck. Plenty of work done, got a whole presentation update done today, while listening to The Invisible Man by HG Wells. Awesome book as expected. The way he turns invisible is like in the Hallow Man movie(likely inspired by the book duh lol). Stay safe @DoctorZombies and @Ocalafox, hopefully my namesake hurricane slows down before landfall




Also made the best instant pot roast in a while, seared it until the smoke alarm went off.




@snaotheus BIF beer. Best of Hands Raspberry Beret. Poor head retention and no lacing. Great sour. Big aromas of sour cranberry, raspberry, fruit skin/seed, and lactic acid. Taste of big tart cranberry, raspberry, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, peppercorn, oak, wheat, lacto/musty brett funk. Moderate fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. High carbonation, light body, and crisp/clean finishing. Balanced grainy wheat, lactic acid, and oak tannins in the mouthfeel. Minimal lingering acids after the clean finish, no pucker/astringency. Pretty refreshing. Big on authentic fruit. There is some nice Brett complexity now after a bit of age. Great oak presence. Very big on lacto in the nose, but it wasn't rough on acidity as I expected, thanks to all the carbonation. 4

Astronomy is my second hobby now, directly after beer. A cheap telescope with 100x will show you more of the planets. With 10x you can see Jupiter's moons though.
