    Closing the camper and taking the pontoon out of the water this weekend, I bought this iconic beer as my camper fridge IPA back in April (gotta love the Founders 15-pack format), and it is holding up exceptionally well - a little more malt flavor, but there’s still a nice resiny pine bitterness 6+ months after canning.

    The Centennial hop is a hardy muddertrucker. Absolutely love it.

    Clear, light yellow body; dense, slow-rising carbonation; thick, sudsy head, sculpted. Very alluring aroma; sweet and floral; impressive esters adding depth to the mix; pear and apple. Great taste; slightly sweet and juicy malt notes; mild hop bitterness in the background; clean tasting. Medium-light body; crisp; delicate residual sugar presence; semi-dry character.

    God knows the canning date on this lil' ol' Texas beer, but it sure is damn fine.

    Cheers to no storm damage to you two! …looking at the devastation to Ft. Myers and to Naples, I feel guilty…living in paradise can come with a price…had Ian not moved 75 miles south on the last day, Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg could’ve been the unenviable horrible videos on the news…so grateful!

    ...sounds almost like New Mexico...that state is rich in quality breweries...based on your recommendation, my WV beer state tic will become a reality later this year...god knows where I'll pass through (or stay), but it should be a good time...
