3 Floyds Broo Doo Harvest Ale. This years' crop came from Crazy Horse Hops in Knightstown, Indiana. I believe they used to get their hops specially shipped from the PNW in under 24 hours, but going more local is probably much easier and cheaper. Still has that same Broo Doo taste no matter the source of the hops. World class for the style imho.

 

Perlenzauber German Pale Ale. 5.4% abv. Cheers LNBA!

Hello Advocates & VB dog & pony show patrons!! (I saw the posts from "shitbird" that swooped in and dissed the entire VB on Thurs/Fri) Thanks @AzfromOz for lighting the lamp for todays thread. So...I just drummed and rocked Rockford for their Rocktoberfest jam in their city park with 2 stages. About 2000 folks were there at the end of our set. I had ez stage access and packed up quickly, went to the back stage area, had 2 slices of meh pizza and then stuffed a mixed 12 pk of cold beers into my bkpk. Mostly domestics but 4 Heinekens, 2 Odel Oktoberfest marzen...Check is in the mail. Truck unloaded. A cold can of Descutes Fresh Squeezed IPA is goin' down nicely. Cheers everyone!! Party on!
