Rev is usally pretty good about posting that info, but they've only said, "The presale will go live on our website on Tuesday, October 11 for pickups beginning at the release on Friday, October 14."
For perspective, Deth's Tar and Cafe Deth were $25 & $30 the past 5 years with wide distro and no limits.
2021 Deth by Raspberries was $40 with no distro and no limits.
2020 Deth by Cherries was $40 with limited distro and no limits.
2019 Deth by Plums was $40 with limited distro and limit of 4.
2018 Deth by Currants was $35 with no distro and limit of 2.

I now see prices, limits, and beer descriptions posted at:
    https://revbrew.com/events/deep-wood-month-2022

Prices as expected - somewhat surprised at the limits since 2021 Cafe Deth and Deth's Tar stovepipes are still available.
    • Deth’s Tar 4‑packs will be $25, limit 2
    • Deth’s Tar 19.2 oz cans will be $12, limit 2
    • Café Deth 4‑packs will be $30, limit 2
    • Deth by Currants 4‑packs will be $40, limit 2

You'll never see me complain when a brewery uses limits to ensure that more people get the beer. I love that. -That said, the limits seem a bit low, particularly for DT and Cafe. My beer nerd side wants to read into this, but I'm sure it's just a matter of them trying to ensure everyone that drops by gets a couple packs.

What is this place for, if not wild speculation?!

    Read into it, please!!

Given how long it's been sitting around in recent years, and given how rev has started sending beer over to Tavour, I speculate that they haven't cut production, but they are holding onto less at their facilities. Makes sense for so many reasons - unless people visited only to pick up 4-packs of DT and Cafe, which seems pretty unlikely unless you live right there.

Anyone see the Ticket Holder email tho? Exclusive ticket holder beer on Thursday!
    • Draft-only variants won’t be available until the October 14 release party. But we’ll have a secret Deep Wood tap (TBD) exclusively for season ticket holders on Thursday when you pick up.

    Draft list is up:

    Deth’s Gnar (13.1%)
Young sweet component Deth’s Tar aged in Malört barrels. It’s not as bad as you think.

    Supermassive Café V.S.O.D. — Single Barrel (14.3%)
Following a three-year nap in a single Buffalo Trace Mash #1 bourbon barrel, this Deth’s Tar sweet component gets the “big dumb” coffee treatment we could all use after a long repose. With ten pounds of Freshly Roasted® Dark Matter cocoa-fermented Catuai coffee in this single barrel, it’s sure to put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip.

    Barrel no. 3552 (14.5%)
This three-year-matured sweet component Deth’s Tar presents powerful dark honey, ripe fig, and aged oak aromas from the extended repose. A dive into this bottomless obsidian well summons delectable notes of dried fruit, chocolate ganache, praline, and those graham crackers shaped like teddy bears. Truly, the magic within barrels is vast and unknowable.

    Destroyed by the Empire (15.6%)
After four years in heavily toasted Woodford Double Oaked barrels, this micro-lot of Deth’s Tar Imperial Oatmeal Stout hits the palate like an oaky superlaser blast from the vacuous ether. Each sip starts as a wave of concentrated malt-derived chocolate and graham before rapidly yielding to a lumberous overlord cloaked in cherry & vanilla.

Goddamn I'd be so into that.
Cinnamon scares me, but this could be great.

Any other season ticket holders not get this email?

Still not getting any Season Ticket emails from Revolution including this one. I do receive their general marketing emails. I was told I would be added to future VIP/Season Ticket emails, but that has not happened.

Emailed response from Revolution back in July.

I replied to the person who sent the July email today requesting to be added to the email list, and will provide an update here once I hear back.

I'm wondering if it's just going to be one of the four announced variants available a day early, or if it's truly a unique beer ONLY for season ticket holders.

    Hoping for the latter!!

Isn't cinnamon usually a primary contributor in most "pumpkin" flavored things? Or does the blend of other spices balance it out for you?

It is, and I'm not opposed to cinnamon in beers, but as a focal point, it can get to be a lot real quick - I'd be shocked if Rev screwed it up though.

Catuai is the coffee varietal. Cocoa fermented is a process where cacao beans and mucilage are added into the coffee fermentation process.

Thank goodness. I’ve always said these coffee beers have needed more mucilage.
