I see every Rev promo email except the VIP ones. Guess 2x season bundles didn't make the cut. :sob::wink:

But yeah. It would be nice to see those.

They do have the season ticket holders that already have XXX of the total yield, and as a season ticket holder, I’m in hog heaven.

Can we all just take a moment and appreciate that Deth's Tar is $25 for a 4-pack. Still. Just such a great deal.

Surely it just means we'll all be floating in a river of DBVSOD next year.

Really thought it was going to go up to $30 this year and $35 for Cafe. I am surprised about the limit of 2 for regular and Cafe. Last year was unlimited and the lowest limit I can remember is 3.

No distribution on Currants per Instagram post.

But I love how they write it: “Deth by Currants is a brewery exclusive.”
It makes it seem so limited and desirable - get that FOMO going!:rofl:

It's possible that you opted out of Marketing E-mails when you bought the season ticket, which impacted your settings in Toast. This was an annoying surprise we learned could happen since we obviously want to keep you all in the loop. I'd send an e-mail in to check up on whether that's the issue or not. It could be an issue on our end, but this was by far the most common reason for missed e-mails in July.

This was a tough one and I appreciate you noticing. The costs of everything (except hops) are insane now but we really wanted to keep the barrel-aged beers where they are and not price people out. The move to cans was designed to make these *more* accessible, but price is a big contributor to accessibility too. Fingers crossed that we sell some non-BA beers, get good attendance in the Taproom for the draft variants, and folks enjoy the new merch items that we created for this year cause those help us close the gap a bit.

IMHO as soon as a brewery veers into pumpkin spice land they've already made a mistake. I have no doubt Rev can make it work, but I haven't had one I have liked in a long time, but it's obviously already not a "style" I seek to begin with.

Not to mention most pumpkin beers don't even have pumpkin in them, and those that do typically aren't the crowd favorites, particularly the ones that focus most heavily on the gourd and actually brewing with it for its sugars and mildly earthy tones.

Based on the relatively quick sellout of the summer offerings, I wouldn't be so sure that they haven't cut production, or at least shifted more of the base beer towards variants or extended aging.

If so, I don't blame them and I don't envy Rev's position - it's got to be unbelievably difficult to ensure their core offerings are accessible enough, but not sitting around too long. If I were to take a turn at speculating, I'm guessing the season ticket program was/is part of an attempt to more reliably align production with anticipated demand.

Will there be a preview of new merch before online sales or are these in person items only?

Meg responded to my email and recommended I re-register via the newsletter signup located in the upper right hand side of the Revolution website.

I did and received this automated response:

I clicked the link and clicked update preferences (the info was just my email and name).

Hopefully this rectifies the issue. If it doesn't, I would suspect the issue may be with an opt out of marketing from the Toast application / my toast phone number based account when I originally signed up at some brewery or bottle shop with my phone number on a POS years ago (prior to Revolution converting to Toast).

I did not get an email today. However, the specific bullet point he mentioned was from the Oct. 7 email that went out. @audis4gasm can you clarify for us if this was an email from today, or you talking about the one from last Friday?

Bolstering the thought they are holding on to less at the brewery this year is that they've added two new states this year for Deth's Tar and Cafe Deth distribution, as well as one having Deth's Tar only, to the existing footprint.

Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Massachusetts and Tennessee (DT only)
