Have a buddy who lives in Tewksbury, 5 minutes away. Did his first trip Saturday. Said it was super efficient. Window was 11:15, arrived a few minutes early and it was ready and he was gone before his actual window.

I went Saturday and it was running 15-20 minutes behind. Kind of a cluster in the parking lot with beer delivery folks walking to cars parked along one edge of the lot and cars coming and going. They are definitely trying hard - lots of staff. It may have just been Day 2 kinks. I left happy.

Went twice to Tewks on Saturday. Once before and once after visiting our friends house in town. Maybe a 5 minute wait each time. Such an easy process.

Made the trip to Charlton on Sunday a little after opening. The lines for pours and cans were insane. But we have some nice seats up on the Adirondacks so it made it worth it. By far my worst line situation for pours yet.

Scheduled a 12:15 pick-up on Saturday. Got there about 5 minutes late due to traffic coming from Boston. Only waited a couple of minutes before they brought my order out to the car. Super efficient. There were only a handful of cars in the lot.

Unless the wife is out of town, and I’m bored af at home with the dog, weekends at charlton are a no go for me.

I went to Charlton late on Saturday afternoon and it was pretty okay all things considered. The line for the main bar was out the door at 3:30ish but I honestly wanted to try a couple of things at the Classics bar, which had barely any line. I didn't order cans until, like, 6:30, so no line for that either.

Is there a minimum for Tewksbury orders?

Went to Tewksbury today. Very efficient and easy in and out.

Noticing a lot of cans without dates on them though. Dear Yakima and Juice Machine so far. Also the 6 pack of Very Hazy is almost a month old. I'm sure they're great. It's just weird getting Tree House beer that "old", and especially a beer that used to be haze boi hype.

Anyway, I'm nitpicking. I'm just glad I can shave a couple hours off my monthly TH runs.

A few people have mentioned that. The cans I got from Charlton ranged from almost a month old to canned the day I went. I guess the volume is so huge now (the number of different beers available is staggering) you’re bound to catch some beers at the end before new ones come out.

Yup, a friend picked some beer up for me at Charlton this past weekend and the dates were mid Sep to late Sep.

I really hope they make more beers like Dear Cascade. I know it's not hazy and it's a pale ale so Tree House fans aren't exactly going to buy it up but it's just such a nice change of pace.

If they make a Dear Simcoe I'll lose my shit.

Whats the pickup process look like these days at Charlton? Its been a couple years since Ive been. Know everything is ordered online now, but is pickup crazy with lines? Or is it pretty quick/smooth process? Any input is appreciated

Probably depends on what day/time you go. I showed up on a Monday at opening on my way back to NJ from Maine and I was literally the third person in the door. No problem ordering cans. Was able to walk right up and get them when I was done with my draft.

As the good @DrStiffington said, day/time are the key factors.

Personal preference, but you’d never catch me there on a weekend. Whenever I go, M-TH, arriving at open, I’m usually in the first dozen or so people there. No wait times on draft and minimal wait on order pickup.

You've named two of my least favorite hops, but I do hope they make it for you (and other cascade/simcoe enthusiasts). Be cool if they rotated hops, though that has been not received that great in the past (I'm talking Bright).
