Well color me surprised. Some 26 different names with multiple rivers and creeks. Some names were used 6 or 7 times.
    Okay, not out yet.

Don’t muddy the waters, @BBThunderbolt mentioned rivers not creeks

A river is a natural steam, usually a repository of fresh water that flows in a channel to the sea, lake or any other river, whereas creek is a smaller and shallower stream as compare to river. Generally, River is a large stream than a creek.

We could recycle. How about Copulating Estonians with Knives? Or Halle Berry's Canadian Rocket Balls? Or We're going to need bigger Ticks and Monkeys?

Hint #1: I'm not shipping to a point as close to the Pacific Ocean as I did in NBS BIF #14.
    Hint #2: I estimate there's a 77.78% chance my target is a Poo-Bah.

    https://whistlepunks.com/

A whistle punk is a lumberjack who operates the signal wire running to a donkey engine whistle. A logging donkey would be operated by an engineer called since about 1920 as a donkey puncher. In later times the donkey puncher was too far away from the end of the line for verbal communication, so whistle codes were developed similar to those used by tug boats employing steam whistles. The whistle operator was known as a whistle punk, who was placed between the men attaching the cables (choker setters), and the donkey puncher, so that he could see the choker setters. When the cables were attached, a series of whistle blows signaled the donkey to begin pulling and the choker setters to stay out of harm's way. The process was a closely orchestrated sequence of actions, where mistakes were often fatal and where good men stood in line for the jobs.Although the steam engine, and its whistle, have been replaced by gasoline and diesel engines, the whistle codes are still used in many current logging operations. The whistle has been replaced largely with airhorns

I googled “donkey puncher” and was surprised to see this story is true. However, the majority of the articles that turned up described a very different act.

Wait! How many of us are sending to @FBarber ? By my count he is getting several boxes already. There is a fine line between a joke and divorce!

Headed to work in a few minutes, and I'd better give a few more clues. Hope I don't piss too many people off with them.

Hint #5 - Jerry Reed had a hit song in 1977. Said song really goes well with what we do here. The title of that song tells you which ways I'm shipping.
Hint #6 - I could reach your state by water.

    Previous hints:

Hint #1 - My target lives at a lower elevation than I do.
Hint #2 - My target does not live in the 3 states I've not had beer from (New Mexico, Rhode Island, West Virginia).
Hint #3 - My target does not live in the same time zone as I do.
Hint #4 - I've only been to your state once, on a layover, back in 2005.

I thought sending him a box was a requirement for being in this BIF??? 19 boxes of beer is too much???

I think a previous BIF caused @Mipper to retire, if I'm not mistaken. We shouldn't do it to @FBarber. I'll get off his lawn now.

I'm not sure who disowns whom harder: Miami or Florida. It's like an anti-custody battle.

Florida: Don't make me kick you out of the family, Miami.
Miami: You can't kick me out. I quit! I'm emancipated, and I'm going to get the court to agree!
Florida: Well, as long as you're living under MY roof, you're paying taxes!
Miami: Hahahahaha taxes. That's cute. Allow me to introduce you to REAL political corruption and grift.
    Florida: And stop using drugs!
Miami: *putting down bag of cocaine* OK now we about to fight. And we BITE each other around here. When we AREN'T high on bath salts.
