Em stopped by Tewksbury today since she had to go into the office for once in Andover. Just to get her Waldon coffee that sold out in Charlton when we were there Saturday.

She was there just after open at noon and said she was surprised at how busy as shit was. About a 10 minute wait after hitting the I’m here button. Not the worst but plan ahead if you’re on a tight work break at this location for now. For her timing isn’t an issue but I could see if you had a schedule it’s good to know it might not be an instant grab.

This is somewhat random, but I really appreciate how TH has maintained hype, while also keeping production at a level in which doesn’t really create fomo. Whether it’s a ba stout, or new triple stutter ipa, you really don’t have to worry about getting in a line the day the beer is released.

I celebrate creativity and appreciation of staff. Sometimes it doesn’t have to be monetary to make someone laugh or feel good. I’m ok with it if the staff get a few laughs and have fun with it.

It’s being creative, when everyone bitches that Ipas and adjunct stouts aren’t.

Also, has to be a first?!

Good points. Sorry for being sarcastic about it, above. Any time breweries want to shoutout workers they should be commended for it (and even better / more importantly when that praise comes alongside decent working conditions, which Tree House appears to have).

Grabbed a few packs, not really sure what to do with em. Kinda hoping some of the profits went directly to employees.

Perfect day for a pour of Nomad. Ramble, delicious as always.

Vvvh, the big one, emperor j, and trail fresh hop strata to go

I was up at Charlton right around this time last year and went both Friday/Sat. Much busier Saturday, obviously, but both days as I finished my last pour I went over to the pick up area let them know my order number and waited a few mins at most to get my cans.

Although Tewksbury is following the Sandwich model, we did run into a small issue today when my buddy was picking up his order and mine, as for some reason they required me to enter in the "I am here" info instead of just believing that he was there to pick up both (and I had supplied him with my order number ahead of time). So I had to enter his vehicle info. before they would bring out my order. Could have just been a stickler new employee but something for folks to be aware of...

I mean, I think that's what they use to trigger needing to bring your order out to you (I went to Tewksbury today) so I don't think it's really an "issue." Proxying is never going to be smooth. It's alcohol, a highly regulated product.

Happy with what I got from Tree House so far.
