Vermont breweries open on Thanksgiving?

    Anyone know of any breweries or good beer bars in Vermont historically open on Thanksgiving day/evening?

    None come to mind, except the excellent taplist available at Hotel Vermont in downtown Burlington.

    Yeah, my guess being small town, many will be closed for the day. However, like many small towns, you might find one that opens in the evening for the local crowd when folks have had it with family and all that can come with that ha

    Thanks for the feedback. We typically get lucky and find 1 or 2 places open on Thanksgiving night. I'll be sure to check out Hotel Vermont.

    Where in Vt will you be? Hotel Vt is a great choice I’m sure a couple other bars in Burlington will be open.

    We're staying in Waterbury, which I thought was a good central location for the majority of the breweries.

    Stowe is bound to have something - lots of folks travel there for Thanksgiving, even if it is Stick Season!

    I reached out to Von Trapp, and they are open year-round, 365 days a year. We made reservations. We always find a movie theater that serves beer that's open on Thanksgiving. Making progress!

    Jumping in to see if anyone else has an idea for Thanksgiving evening beers in or around Burlington (Winooski area too)?
    Bonus points for Black Friday stout take-overs? BCBS availability?

    Bevie Warehouse in Winooski got their drop yesterday (Tuesday) and posted they were putting it out instead of waiting for Friday. VT rarely gets many variants, so no big tap takeovers.
