How are you out for me? I've definitely drank beer from Kiribati(recently!), and I've drank at Holy Mountain...

Hint #1: I'm not shipping to a point as close to the Pacific Ocean as I did in NBS BIF #14.
    Hint #2: I estimate there's a 77.78% chance my target is a Poo-Bah.
Hint #3: My state's flagship university doesn't play my target's in football this season. But they've previously played more than once.
Hint #4: Lots of talk of rivers on this thread. Assuming the delivery truck driver doesn't get lost, on the trip to my target's home my boxes will cross the navigable portions of at least two major rivers and perhaps a few minor ones.

What if your state has more than one over-rated beer nexus? It's a big state.

The geographic limitations. Logistically, it's really difficult to pair folks who live in states that touch a given ocean. Especially when it's a smaller group, like this round is.

Outty. Too many major rivers separate us.

I really need more Revolution beers in my life. Perhaps I should move to Chicago.

Rev's barrel program is world class. Like tippity top world class.

    Their hop game is stellar.

They do lagers well, and their Freedom line of session sours is well regarded. Their Eugene porter is a magnificent "production" porter, IMHO.

If you've not had any Rev beers, I'm requesting you as my target for NBS BIF #17, and I'm gonna squash your neighborhood. IJS.

Oh, I've had several. Mostly from earlier iterations of this BIF. You're preaching to the perverted..., er, converted, re: Revolution.

Dang, K. That sucks. Hope all were ok. It looks like a "parking gone awry" situation.

Maaaaaaybe. I'm assuming I'm out for the other two CA senders, but you never know. Even if we had some Oregon folks, it'd be pretty easy for someone in Oregon to send me a ton of beer I've not had and I'm not mad if they are all wet hop beers.

I've totally NOT had any Revolution beers. Totally. Especially not the double barrel VSOJ they are releasing in January.

Actually, it's been really nice that Rev barrel-aged beers pop up on Tavour, so I don't have to make much effort to get some of them. Fantastic brewery that I need to visit one day.

Well, one of the current rules is "no neighboring states". That might be fluid tho. And, again, the 3 Calis, and four WA's, while not 'neighboring', also make up more than 1/3 of participants in this round. It's not unpossible, but, it's highly unlikely there are any WA-CA pairs.

    YMMV.

You should definitely start a discussion with @BBThunderbolt about whether they're "fresh hops" or "wet hops."

All hops that are in beer are wet. Too bad this round is running so late, cuz otherwise us WA folks coulda sent a metric shit-ton of Fresh Hop brews. FH season is sadly in the rearview now. There's still late season scraps packaged and on tap, but........

Too late. I was typing while you posting. I am not inclined to have this discussion in this BIF, but neither shall I back away from it.

    The best I've had.

    Full stop.

Even the mighty Fremont pales in comparison.

That seems a bit drastic. But, a nice Chicago Beef weighs in their favor.

    Strong words, bro.

I've had a couple Revolution BA beers, and I do not share this opinion.

I've had a LOT of Fremont BA beers, and only a couple Revolution BA beers, and nothing from them recently, so my data set is skewed one way.

Alright, I've finally caught up the hint spreadsheet, and I have some guesses as to my sender, but not quite ready to officially guess. So here's a couple more hints.

Hint #1 - I have drank beer from my target's state.
Hint #2 - I have drank beer while visiting my target's state.

Hint #3 - Recent information suggests my target has something in common with this:

Hint #4 - But not this:
