Regardless of having to click on their story, the link on IG for To Go and On Premises options used to be up to date and lately never is.

Edit: of course now it is updated

Yeah what I was mentioning is on Sat they post their draft offerings, beer garden offerings, and to go offerings for the weekend. You'd have to view it that day to see it before it is gone, but I also know not everyone is on social media as frequently as me or others.

Someone had mentioned earlier in the thread they only had core cans in when they went to the beer garden, or that is how I had read it at least.

I think they are just going through changes due to COVID and expansion on site, but hopefully once the new tap room is opened things will be a bit better.

Just placed my first order for PA delivery. I thought the prices were good, for double barrel stuff in particular. Hope they're at least almost as good as double double cask! $18 for shipping isn't bad either. I'm especially looking forward to stacking casks #8, on paper at least that might be my perfect barleywine.

These are very good questions that I would also like to know the answer to.

Also it's not just about the tasting room only being open on Saturday and Sunday. In the spring and summer it's really nice to sit outside on a beautiful day and enjoy a delicious draft beer. Much easier sell to the wife and infant too. They should at least let you get a draft pour inside in a plastic cup and bring it out to the beer garden. Have a streamlined path out the back of the brewery to the beer garden if they're worried about people walking all over with it. But really, just keep it simple and do what you did last summer which was perfect.

I have been in the taproom the last few weekends when out and about. They added doors into the new taproom from the old taproom, so I guess they will be utilizing both at times? The doors are covered but you can see in slightly, looks to be a pretty big space. Hopefully it is air conditioned though. Last Sat it was SOO hot mid day in the taproom, the big fan certainly helps though. I remember years past where it was just brutal in the dead of summer with no air movement and high temps/humidity. It was really hot Sat but with the fan moving air it was nice enough to be able to hang for a bit.

Piggybacking off this, I heard that entire new taproom will have AC which is real nice. Anyone grab Mexican Brunch this weekend and care to report in?

I happened to be in the area and it was great to stop in 5 p.m. day-of, no Eventbrite to deal with, and get a couple bottles. Can't report on the beer itself since for something like that I wait until it's less than, say, 80 degrees outside, so maybe in November?

Hadn’t seen Kane’s latest posts. Would really like to get some Ripple. Love that beer.

I grabbed the Brix City collab yesterday and cracked a can last night. It is really good and I recommend it. It is a bit hazier looking than most Kane IPAs, IMO, and it is one of the best IPAs I have had from them in a bit. Also got a pour of the Kellerbier yesterday and I enjoyed that a ton as well

Any of the symphony at sea bottles left? Doesn't seem to be a way to check inventory and phone goes nowhere.

No. Buddy and I went on Saturday. I was hoping to get some. I’ll agree with @fdonnelly about the Wall of Sound collab. Very good. Had a small pour of the dry hopped kellerbier, which was also great.

Yeah I didn't notice because I had grabbed them but seems like we got an answer. I used to use the home delivery as an idea of what was available but looks like they stopped that for the fall/winter. I know they post Sat before opening on their IG story what is on tap/to go but that goes away after 24 hours. Hopefully they come up with a better way once the new taproom is opened

Honestly off season for the shore would seem like the best time to have an updated inventory somewhere other than a weekly story. I'm not driving an hour or so to guess at what is there. The website inventory is from October 2nd. I'm sure it's not the simplest thing but maybe a daily story? Not like any product is moving so fast that they couldn't. But I guess that's just not the priority or maybe they're short staffed.

Yeah I don't know for sure, but I think you hit the nail on the head with being short staffed. It would make sense with them cutting the home delivery until next year as well. I'd assume they have someone designated as social media management, would be nice if they had them update the site or socials with that information, even if it is just weekly.

This has been mentioned before, so it seems like an issue. My buddy and I enjoyed our visit, but we did wish knew before going what was available. The bottle stock selection(other than for Field & Oak) was the lowest I’ve seen in years and the available stouts, porters and barleywines on tap was basically non existent. One barrel-aged beer: banana pancake ANTEAD, which seems to always be there. Unusual for fall.

Yeah and that Banana Pancake ANTEAD was a miss for me when I tried it awhile back. Hoping as the weather keeps cooling there will be more dark beer on tap. I do enjoy they are adding more lager on tap. I am hoping we can get come non adjunct stout/porters in cans and on tap during the fall.
