@BeerCruncher and the rest of the Rev crew: I just wanted to say thanks for offering crowlers of variants again this release. I wasn't able to make it to the release weekend event but have really enjoyed both Deth's Gnar and Destroyed by the Empire, thanks to the week-after offering of those in cans. I don't have a podcast or blog post about them, not even a Soundcloud, but I appreciate the opportunity nonetheless. :kissing_heart:

Got to try DT on tap last night. I would have ordered another if I had the time. Wowza. Can't wait for 4 packs to land here.

Had my last '21 SJ and realized we are only halfway through the DW season. Well, hot damn, we are only halfway through the DW season.

I was a little upset that there was no Supermassive Deth this summer, but this year's Cafe Deth has easily made up for that. It feels like the coffee dosage is twice what it was previously, this beer is closer to Supermassive than it was to last year's Cafe, but there's still a healthy amount of barrel there. Love this beer. Omw to Garfield's first thing tomorrow.

Cafe Deth is the new Supermassive. Absolutely agree. Actually, arguably, even a better beer. So much coffee, but actually get the nuances of barrel that I'm not sure Supermassive had previously. Cafe Deth 2022 is superior.

Hung out with @eppCOS and @ChicagoJ at Revolution tonight. I can confirm that Deth's Gnar is fantastic, and that Josh Deth confirmed that it's pronounced "Deeth's Tar".

At the Beer Temple afterwards, I can confirm that Fantome makes fantastic beer, and the Art History cask beer is phenomenal.

I do regret threatening to fight @ChicagoJ for having slightly different opinions than mine, and for slandering several Beer Advocate members publicly.

I do NOT apologize for loudly defending Tom Skilling.

I can vouch nothing but kind words were said by all on your behalf, and we look forward to seeing you soon.

The two points of contention were my objection of Tom Skilling taking 48 minutes to provide a weather forecast (not sure if he is still on the air) and my 4.5 Allagash Resurgam rating, which I believe you will vouch is a very high score on my part / top 5-7% beer.

Was fun seeing Eric and Charlie, and finally meeting Doug formally after enjoying his Beer Crunchers long form blog and tik tok videos the past few years.

I worded that poorly...I was the one slandering. @ChicagoJ is way too much of a gentleman for that!

you gave out a 4.5?

oh, well in that case - damnable lies!

The slander on you has been the same going all the way back to the days of the Forbidden Root bottle shares ... you don't actually exist.

I haven’t seen it reported (forgive me if I missed it), but what was the new “hero” beer that was unveiled last night?

Infinity Hero -- a hybrid west coast / New England version.

Tasted like watermelon Jolly Ranchers to me.

I guess their Cold IPA should be called Sub-Zero Hero, but that would confuse people if they used your moniker?

    Mortal Combat collab, anyone?

    WOOPSIE!
