    At the pub doing a side by side with my friends - 2015 Bigfoot and 2020 Bigfoot:

    Poured at 55°. Both beers well carbonated, so sign of oxidation. The ‘15 is darker and has a woodier nose. The ‘20 has some hops; both are bitter and have a caramel foundation. The ‘15 is smooth and mellow, the ‘20 is brighter, yet both are dull, piney and bitter. I prefer the fresher, but not by much. Cheers!

    I don't know, an Imperial Pilsner is an oxymoron anyway. Just make a Pilsner or make something else :wink:

    Looks like this brewery has no clue about Imperial styles. 7.6% ABV IPA is just that, an IPA, not a Double/Imperial. Very odd!

    Imperial starts at 8% ABV. 7.6% is not that far off, but still...

    Cultivating Mass, new* from Ursula Minor out of Duluth, Minnesota.

    A fairly good stout and a very solid version of a chocolate-y one, at that. Comparable to Samuel Smith’s, and the 7.5% ABV is barely noticeable.
