I am kinda surprised they actually used "Boo Berry" on the label. I would have thought there were trademark issues here.

    Cheers!

Ohhh! Let’s rehash the “beer value = ABV/$” discussions.

STILL aggravated by people that call added ingredients like coffee, maple syrup, chocolate, caramel, fruit, etc adjuncts. NO!!!!!! They're add-junks! Adjunct is a beer term for un-malted grain. It's particularly annoying when breweries misuse 'adjunct' that way. Also annoyed by people that argue that the non-beer definition of adjunct somehow applies to beer.

Sugars are also adjuncts as well.

    Cheers!

P.S. I do appreciate your statement of "add-junks"! :beers:

THIS is spot on! Goes for any place outside their own home. BTW, when the children are over 18 years old, then it’s on themselves.

Funny how quickly the expression, “It takes a village,” falls apart when someone comments on children being allowed to behave poorly.

Never tried them as I am not a big fan of even the standard Yeti. Although there were a couple of old seasonal variants I remember liking like Chocolate Yeti. I am guessing those are retired since all we get are the newer pastry-style ones here and none of them have ever sounded appealing to me.

Another example of expensive stovepipes is Oskar Blues Barrel-Aged Ten Fidy. I am pretty sure they were $14 or $15 dollars. They come in 12 oz cans now but most places have them for $6-$7 for a single, so if you want to buy it that way it's about the same per volume. It may be slightly cheaper in that format but not significantly.

Grevensteiner is so unique for me I love it. It has a pear like sweetness to it it just seems like a "farmhouse" style German beer. I grab it anytime I see it.

Seltzer, cider, kombucha, and "hard fruit juice" do not belong in the beer aisle. I'm sick of seeing this shit taking up more and more shelf space that could be used for, you know, BEER.

My controversial opinion is, thank God for all that stuff. The only chance we have of reducing the amount of old beer on the shelves is reducing the amount of beer on the shelves.
