I'll give them $3 for 12oz of BA beer. And if it's good, which it probably is, I'll do it again and again.

 

Landed in NorCal finally. The online description says bourbon and rye this year, looking forward to that.

Barrel-aged, then aged in bottles for 9 months.

Hopefully it doesn't taste like green bell peppers.

 

Says brewed in Chicago too so sat in a Chicago warehouse through the summer. Hot!

Tastes good though. Thicker, sweeter and more barrel than normal. I’d say pick some up when you see it.

 

You know, COVID brain fog is everywhere. Maybe the warehouse people forgot they had all that beer or mislabeled it or forgot to call the delivery trucks. Tech is always getting hacked, so maybe a hacker hit the system and made it look like all the beer was shipped. So many plausible explanations.

 

Still drinking 2020s, no coffee to speak of but no pepper either. Just a great BA stout attractively priced.

 

Good to know. I'll definitely grab a 4pk when/if I see it.

 

i sent them plenty messages and they said they were waiting on "stout weather to release it"

also got " covid messed up logistics"

 

One would think they know when “stout season” is and just left it in barrels longer.

 

Please let me know when/where you find it.

My last purchase was at my local Retail Beer Distributor and it was the last pack. It seems to me in our area we get a limited amount and they sell out super fast.

Definitely looking forward to grabbing some of this, but their handling of this release doesn't make me confident this beer is long for this world

 

Where are you finding the bottle date? I don't see any.

 

It’s on the neck of the bottle. They usually stamp it right at the fill line but this was higher up on the neck.

 

I too would love it if anyone could ping me if they have seen this round boulder County (Colorado.) Thanks! Love this one.

 

My daughter is bringing me some from North Carolina since it's a rare sight in my neck of the woods. Paid the same price(13.49) as I did in April of 2021.

 

This one is usually easy to find around here. Have not seen it anywhere in the Twin Cities area yet. Has it just not made it out here yet or is ot going to be a very limited release?
