I know what you mean. I'm having a knee replacement !/4 so I'm lined up for many appointments in advance, plus my dentist. It's almost too much. Damn, that ale looks very nice. Cheers from Carolina!

Good day BAs! Thanks @Shanex for starting us off! And @rgordon, knee replacements are no fun but have improved in the two decades since Mrs. Lizard's. Just to join the woes, I'm going to physical therapy to avoid spinal surgery.

I was born in the golden era of death metal unable to witness it. To see these guys in 92 would have been something. Lucky to see them 30 years later. Unreal.

Well good luck with the back. There was no arthroscopic surgery in 1969 when I injured my knee playing basketball at Richmond. The surgical prognosis then sounded pretty spooky. I've been OK for years but lately bone on bone hurts. Three other guys I played with in high school are having and will have had knee surgery recently. Time is catching up on us!

Another nice hike in earlier - warmer today, and nice and sunny....Emma and I saw a buck in the woods, and several great blue herons as usual....nice 3 miler again!

Going to make some pie this afternoon also - the gf just informed me she will bring a homemade apple pie she is making to the dinner Thursday....so pumpkin and cherry for me....narrows down my "to do list"!
