Yeah, they still have close to a full pallet left from what I understand... This was their biggest BA batch ever.

Apple Brandy Hunaphu was great. Not really my type of brew, as I am into IPA/DIPA/IIPA,etc. But wow was this beer unique and it had such a complex flavor profile. I liked burping after drinking it honestly, tasted chocolate and a bit of brandy. Looks like they are out of that one though.

Anyone try their new Invasion Pale Ale? I received the 1st growler fill at the brewery today (I believe it was just released today, and I was waiting for my bill when they tapped it for growler fills). Another great beer from CCB, and it looks like it will around for Gasparilla

 

I'm heading there this Sunday.. What bottles do they have for the haul back up north? I'm definitely taking back some Jai Alai, but idk what else I can expect they'll have around then.

 

Yesterday they had plenty of 10 day old Jai Alai cans, Maduro cans, Florida Cracker cans, Hotter than Helles cans.

Jai Alai White Oak bottles(4 packs), BA Big Sound (750), Josi Marti (4 packs)

That's everything I saw in the coolers.

The 10 day old Jai Alai is drinking awesome right now. So damn tropical it's just my favorite IPA right now.

Yes.....I also tried the new Secret Rendezvous Chocolate stout aged in Bourbon barrels.

I have to drive home across the Howard Frankland tonight so if I have to choose one should I go with that secret rendezvous, invasion, or the cafe con leche?

 

I like the Rendezvous but I'm partial to stouts especially when they have been BA'd.

Thanks for the insight. I'm a sucker for stouts. I had to miss the RareR on Friday because of work, but I was able to hit the AB Huna and saw tons of BA Big Sound (gotta keep it slightly on topic). Luckily someone was awesomely generous and picked me up a bottle so I'm meeting him tonight to settle up.

 

Tried the Invasion pale ale, Jai Alai IPA, cafe con leche stout and the BA big sound. All are delicious, esp the Jai Alai. Very citrusy and drinks great. Its a florida taste I guess! The tour is also fun- Ian gave us a beer + mead combination beer, I think it would have been a stout based on the taste. This was well worth it and I bought a few bottles of ba big sound and the vanilla oak Jai Alai.
