prices Sour Bitter event Copenhagen

    The prices for the Sour Bitter are announced. The Framboos (3 each for take away!!) is decently priced, but overall I feel 7.50 euro for 10cl (on average) is way overpriced. This is really going to hurt my wallet

    I concur with you here rvdoorn, but €13.50 for 3.4 oz. of Izzy is worth it :wink: That beer is so tasty!

    However, simple math - rounded for currency translation ease - indicates Izzy is a mere €100 (750DK) per bottle. More expensive than Millenium! Can you taste the "rarity"?!?

    Well, I guess if we share a bottle with some people (I will be there with the boss, Bryan will be there with the boss, Jeff will be there and probably Mark too, which makes already 6 of us) it is kind of affordable to open and drink some rare sours....

    I dig! My boss won't be attending, but my buddy from the States who loves sours willl be there. I'm sure we'll be able to share some bottles to go around though.

    Starting to like it:stuck_out_tongue: . Damn, I even bought 6 bottles of Alvinne's Wild West :slight_smile: I drunk this beer a the Delta Brouwers bierfestival and I am even convinced it was the festival winner!!

    Just making fun about it. I really do not like sours and the rest of the Dutch BA's have a softspot for it.

    People are afraid of what they don't understand.....so I guess the world outside of Struise and Westvleteren must be very frightening for you :wink:

    Don't worry. I'm still hunting for a Rare for both of you :wink: You should convert him to a sour lover also... Oh no, maybe not since no one will send any sour to US any more.
