Two things: What is that weird piece of wood and where is Slavia from? Nice sketch also.

Slavia is a French Pilsner from the Marne region (close to Reims).

I don’t know about the piece of wood. Art teachers tends to be weirdos too.

Maybe something to hang laundry on? A beer from Champagne territory is very interesting. How is it?

Probably, I was also thinking of the smaller furniture they use to put your luggages on in hotel room. Not sure.

I’ve never had Stavia but I just end up having the glassware.

Hello Advocates. Thanx @Shanex for 3701 and the sketch. I know what your art instructor is after: perspective & light source...I think? :sunglasses: Not easy. Your drawings are really nice. I recently got a few books re drawing. Long winter.
So, I fell onto my sofa (The Legion Of Doom) early last nite and am today refreshed & ready to enjoy a new to me starter beer for rating/review: Glutenberg Light. Picking up where I left off last nite. This brew is incredibly dry and is like a Gose Light. Wow. Wicked fast. Cheers!

You got it right, perspective and shadows were the key elements of today session. Not an appealing subject at first but it turned out to be interesting and helpful.

This is a exciting beer to drink. 1 of the better 10% IPAs I have had for sure. It's hard to see but the can art on these are badass to. The holographics really pop off.

    Cheers y'all!

I first saw the Allman Brothers July Fourth weekend 1970 in Byron, Georgia- Atlanta Pop Festival. Unbelievable! Later just before going back to school in Richmond that September. It was a tiny venue called The End Zone in Greensboro. No one knew who they were but they surely soon learned!
