TGIF, and TG it's bedtime here, but not before posting tonight's beer.

Mr Wong, from Hemmingway's Brewery, located in Cairns in Far North Queensland. It's a safe and easy-drinking hefeweizen that is a little too clear for the style and whose head didn't feel like sticking around.

But I'm sure there are worse things happening in the world than me drinking a safe, relatively headless hefeweizen!

    Cheers

I guess a clear Hefe is technically a Kristalweizen. But if that's the case then it should not be be called a "Hef" on the can, as Hefe implies lack of filtration and plenty of yeasty goodness.

Gotta love the lacing on this one. Haven't had a NA beers in ages. I should give them a try again as I know that the have improved a great deal in recent years. I have a fairly low booze tolerance so I should put more effort into exploring the local NA beer market.

Good day BAs! 27 degrees and damp here. Also foggy as hell. Thanks @AzfromOz for starting us off today! As for your headless hefe:

Beginning the day with an Impy IPA from @Whyteboar and NBS BIF #16:

Celebration 6.8%. I'm going to get some more for the Winter. It taste like the ones from CA. I always wondered if it would taste different on the east coast. I don't see anything on the can saying it was brewed in NC or not. It's hoppy.

I wish there was some indication on the can about the brewing location. At least a code. Maybe there is but it does drive me crazy when I have a beer from certain companies and I can't tell what location they were brewed in.

On the bottom of the can, there's either a C or an M to indicate which brewery it came from.

    G'day all!

I'm drinking my 1st beer from the 12 days of Christmas that I got from Brewvana, a Vienna Lager that really hits the spot for me. I added it to the database, along with a pic and notes.

    Prost!

I have been savoring Celebration and loving it. The can that I just checked says 10/25/22 M, which I suppose designates Mills River. What does your can "say".
