Went once, but won’t be going back. Solely for the same reason already stated by others. Nothing personal. Beers are good, space is nice, and staff was friendly, but we here in the OC are fortunate to live near multiple other options with equally delicious beers at a lower price. Cheers!

And it's not just $9 Pales and WCIPAs ... it's also $9 Lagers and Seltzers.

Now on the flip-side, the $9 Pastry Stouts are a steal, but they typically just have a selection of one or two of those.

Completely forgot but yes, the pricing is even more crazy when you consider the seltzers/Lagers. Even if they're super-fruited/adjuncted which I assume costs more to produce, you can just go get Tropical Hideaway or one of the other versions of it at BL for 2-3 dollars cheaper (realize its not a seltzer but in that same realm).

Y'all gonna lose your s4!t when you visit Cali Adventure and can pay $12 for the same sized plastic cup of Karl Strauss' ipa, hazy, Oktoberfest, stout, or wheat ale.

TBH I don't notice an evening at Everywhere being much different tab-wise than a visit to HPB or LeisureTown (R.I.P)

Yeah, maybe they should tweak their prices a little for beers like pilsners and seltzers, but they aren’t that overpriced compared to a lot of other locations. And seeing as it’s a startup during one of the worst economies to start a brewery, I’d cut them a little slack.

Anyone get the coffee set? Placing my order.

Of the $15+ beers at Oga's Cantina in Disneyland ... or the $19 Modelos at the Honda Center ... or, etc. :stuck_out_tongue:

I think for most of the beer drinking folks at Everywhere, the $9 pricing is fine ... it's us "Beer Nerds" who know the cost of a lager vs a pastry stout vs an ipa vs a dipa, etc. - so it makes us "curious". Since we are not the mass population of beer drinkers, I think Everywhere's pricing structure will do just fine.

We hear, or most of us here should already know the pricing on pours at tasting rooms. I’ve been a lot of tasting rooms in OC/LA and I always go back to my 3-4 favorites knowing what I’m going to get for a pour. So why should I go back to a place where the beer is okay 2 good but the $$ is higher than what I’m paying for at my local places. I know everywhere is found at a lot of pubs and restaurants already. The places I’ve been that has everywhere on tap the prices are at 7 or 8. So no need to visit the brewery unless I want to pick up a 4pk. But the 4pk prices at everywhere is high compared to most other breweries. And the pricing structure for 4pks is weird too. Straight up for a 4pk of single ipa at $20 and $22 for dipa 4pks. Come on man! I blame it on the big C.

went there a couple months back and my experience was basically the same as most of the posters in this thread

very much enjoyed the beer but it was overpriced. and with so many great (and cheaper) breweries in the area, i definitely won't be rushing back to everywhere

Each of the breweries that I supported showed potential from the start. From the Bruery and Bootleggers to Monkish and Abnormal/Mostra, Highland Park and Noble/Green Cheek to North Park and down the line.

As my faves turned disappointing and other brewers stayed the course, it became clear that breweries have their own hybrid bizlike life cycle.

So welcome to the footprint of tasty uncertainty, Everywhere Beer.

There's something about the home of Sour Jesus and his brother former Bruery brewers that prompted me to join the club and that something would be stouts. Everywhere Beer has been open about 4-5 months and they have shown the most kool ability to think outside the beer box - expanding the concept of adding hand seared marshmallows to stouts at the Bruery festival in Silverado then following that up in November by roasting pans of bananas and adding them to their first bottled BA stout offering, the humbly named Greatness, an unexpectedly warm, yet not overly sweet melange of brown shuggah and fresh banana. Not bad for a new brewery only open a few months.

So we'll see how it goes...

I just opened a can of La Ventanita. It's really damn good. Kinda wish I could order more without getting the whole coffee mug package (2 is more than I need).

I really love this beer. I am happy I could order a package with espresso beans, since I'll use those; but I don't like I couldn't order a package without the 2 coffee mugs. I have more than enough mugs already and would like more beer without more useless mugs.

If these are a fraction of what Greatness was, I think I’m gonna love them!
