Empires Will Fall. Citra Single Hop Imperial New England IPA from Rebrew (Kyiv, Oekraïne).
Their website is offline at the moment. Hope they are OK.

Wonderful strong IPA. Considering the difficult situation in and around Kyiv it is even more impressive.

I’ve never had that beer, but I’ve seen a few other BA’s using the same glass, including a guy from the Netherlands who usually drinks Heineken from it

I never knew a state could declare a limit on the ABV content of beer. Not sure what the point is but there must be some reason. Oh well, a shot of bourbon will fix the dilemma.

Good afternoon BA's. Looks like I' done for the day. Working on this excellent Belgian style Dubbel from my local brewery. Divine Double from Ironshield. Temps are about to plummet around here so the 8% abv will help a bit. Cheers all!

 

It's weird. Of course, it has something to do with how alcoholic beverages are taxed by abv range in this state but I'll be darned if I can explain it. Generally, I don't like higher than 11 or 12 anyway, so it doesn't inconvenience me. Cheers!

A good friend of mine gifted me a mixed four pack from a new to me brewery. This Raspberry Porter is the lowest of the four in ABV at 8.5%. Love raspberries and this certainly showcases them. Fantastic beer.

I do agree with you that I prefer beer with an ABV at or less than 12% ABV.

 

The beer is classic Belgian hoppy stuff. From the same area like Westvleteren and others. Rather fresh beer, so it is not exported on a large scale I guess
The glass works great for many beers I think. Probably even makes a Heineken look and taste better
